Host Responsibilities
Maintain Order & Respect
Prevent conflicts, disrespect, and tension. Foster a healthy and friendly environment.
Balance the Teams
Fairly divide teams and rotate players to maintain game quality.
Coordinate Jerseys
Coordinate team colors or jersey types when needed.
Liaise with Venue Staff
Communicate with venue management and relay operational issues or emergencies.
Capture Session Photos
Take a few group or environment photos of players (following Asan Sport guidelines).
General Safety
Monitor overall player safety and promptly report any issues.
Host Authorities
- Decide on team formations
- Warn players who violate rules
- Report violations or issues to Asan Sport support
Not the Host's Responsibility
- Recruiting or replacing players (handled by Asan Sport)
- Liability for injuries or unforeseen incidents
- Court quality, facilities, or professional refereeing
Important Rules
- The host is not an official match organizer or coach
- Impartiality is required at all times
- Photos must be taken respectfully and without disruption
- Hosting access may be revoked based on negative reports from players or venue management
